We offer delivery via Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery costs around £5.

To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, all cake toppers and cards are carefully packaged in bubble-wrapped shipping bags.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on our TikTok page linked with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
